Why get a coffee subscription?

With the Premium Subscription you receive your favorite roasts delivered directly to your door automatically, without having to worry about restocking.

Subscribers enjoy special pricing and conditions compared to purchasing packages individually.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

We currently offer two types of plans in our Premium Subscription. You can choose between the 6-month plan, with a 6-month period contract, getting billed depeding on your delivery frequency option, or the 12-month contract, with a 12-month contract, getting billed monthly.

What are the coffee types offered in the subscription?

You can either choose between our Roasted and Ground Coffee or Whole Bean Cofee.

Can I mix & match my order?

Choose your preferred grind for each flavor you'd like when you set up your subscription plan. After you choose your flavor and coffee grind you can't change it to another one.

How often can I get coffee delivered?

You choose the delivery frequency that works for you in the 6-month plan - biweekly or monthly. Our 12-month plan only offers monthly deliveries.

Can I gift a subscription as a gift?

We are currently not offering subscription as gifts. Stay tuned for news regarding that in our newsletter!

Can I pause or change my coffee subscription?

Yes. You can pause, change or cancel anytime in the subription tab in your profile.
